Beta Terms of Service
Effective October 19, 2026
1. Who operates AskPathGo
AskPathGo is currently provided by its owner, an individual in the United States, not by an incorporated company. The owner intends to form a corporation, but that has not happened yet. A future change of operator will be communicated with updated terms. Contact the operator at lavellBusiness@gmail.com.
2. Beta participation and agreement
By affirmatively accepting these terms, you agree to use this experimental beta under these conditions. Features may change, fail or become unavailable. Beta participation does not waive rights that the law does not allow you to waive. A person who lacks legal capacity to contract must have a parent or guardian’s authorization and supervision. Do not use AskPathGo in ways prohibited by applicable law.
3. AI is not a professional
Answers, plans, sources and narration are generated with AI and may be incorrect, outdated, biased, incomplete or fabricated. A confident answer or a link is not proof of accuracy. AskPathGo does not provide licensed legal, tax, medical, investment or other professional services. Independently check material facts, qualifications, costs and requirements with official sources and qualified professionals before acting. Do not rely on it for emergencies, diagnosis, safety-critical decisions or guaranteed outcomes. Call local emergency services for emergencies.
Video breakdowns use accessible or pasted words, not guaranteed access to every video. Pasted content is not independently verified against the original video. Uploaded material and external websites can contain misleading information.
4. Your account and content
Keep your sign-in details secure. You must have permission to submit documents, photos, transcripts and other content. Do not upload passwords, payment card numbers, government identifiers or unnecessary sensitive information about yourself or others. Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, illegal activity, infringement, malware, automated abuse or attempts to bypass paid allowances. You retain your rights in your submitted content and authorize processing necessary to provide, secure and support the service. AI output may not be unique; these terms do not guarantee intellectual-property rights in it.
5. Purchases and allowances
Purchases are temporarily paused. When purchases resume, new purchases are one-time packs: 1 Path for $3 with 4 narration minutes; 2 for $5 with 8 minutes; or 5 for $10 with 20 minutes, in US dollars. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. Packs do not automatically renew. Unused purchased allowances do not have a scheduled expiration; this is not a promise that the service will operate forever.
A generated Path normally uses one credit; Break It Down (Go Deeper) uses one more. PDFs of 26–100 pages use two. Failed generation reservations are released. New narration consumes allowance; cached replays do not. Narration allowance uses a speaking-time estimate, not an exact audio stopwatch. No purchase guarantees earnings, tax savings or other results. Contact us for billing problems or refund requests; statutory refund and consumer rights remain available. Any discontinuation affecting unused paid allowances will be addressed under applicable law.
6. Availability and warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Nothing excludes a warranty or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use, or suspend access for security reasons. Keep your own copies of important information.
7. Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses, including lost profits, arising from use of the beta. To that same extent, aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event. These limits do not apply where unlawful, including liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury or other mandatory protections.
These terms do not say you “cannot sue,” do not promise immunity for the owner, and do not waive nonwaivable rights. Enforceability depends on applicable law and the circumstances.
8. Privacy, issues and changes
Read our Privacy Policy for how information is processed. Report bugs, safety concerns, copyright concerns, privacy requests or billing problems through Contact. We will publish updated terms with an effective date and ask for renewed acceptance when appropriate. Applicable mandatory law governs regardless of these terms.
9. Independence and non-affiliation

Beta legal notice: these terms are not a substitute for a lawyer’s review of the operator’s identity, jurisdiction, business and consumer-law obligations.
