Privacy Policy

Effective October 19, 2026

Who is responsible

AskPathGo is operated by its owner, an individual in the United States, with incorporation planned but not completed. For privacy requests, contact lavellBusiness@gmail.com or use Contact.

Information we process

We process your account email, sign-in provider information and optional name; questions and follow-up details; uploaded documents or photos; video links and pasted transcripts; voice recordings submitted for transcription; generated answers; saved progress and private step notes; purchase identifiers, allowances and usage; beta agreement version and acceptance time; support messages; and technical, error and security information. Authentication providers and payment processors may collect additional information under their own policies.

Why we use it

We use information to sign you in, answer requests, transcribe speech, generate narration, save your Paths, track purchased allowances, support customers, investigate errors, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. Where data-protection law applies, processing may be based on performing the service contract, legitimate security/support interests, legal obligations, or consent where required. Microphone permission is optional and can be withdrawn in your device or browser settings.

AI and other providers

Requests may be sent through Lovable to the AI provider used for that feature, including OpenAI or Google. Public-web research uses Parallel; research queries can include parts of your question or transcript. Lovable Cloud hosts account and app data. Apple or Google handle social sign-in when selected, and Stripe handles payments. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Service providers process information under their own terms and retention policies, which may vary by feature. We do not promise that every provider retains nothing or never uses data for its own permitted purposes. Avoid submitting confidential or unnecessary sensitive information.

Saved data and retention

Saved answers, progress and notes remain associated with your account until removed or until retention is necessary for service, security or legal purposes. Generated narration is privately cached for replay. Uploads and recordings are sent for processing; this app does not intentionally keep a separate permanent library of raw uploaded files or microphone recordings, but providers and operational logs may retain data under their policies. Purchase, consent and security records may be retained to satisfy legal, accounting or dispute requirements. Backup copies may remain until the backup cycle ends.

Sharing and disclosures

Your saved Paths are private to your account unless you create a share link. Anyone with an active share link can read the shared question, answer and checklist; personal step notes are not included. Revoke the link to stop future access; this cannot recall copies already made. We may disclose information to providers needed to operate the service, to comply with law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a lawful business transfer with appropriate notice. This app does not include a feature for selling personal information; no absolute legal classification of all provider activity is promised.

Storage, analytics and security

Browser storage and, where applicable, cookies maintain sign-in and purchase navigation. Hosting, analytics and error-reporting services may record visits and technical events. Do not assume private browsing makes submitted requests anonymous. Access controls protect private saved content, but no system can guarantee complete security. Providers may process data in countries outside your own; applicable transfer protections and local rights vary.

Your choices and requests

You can delete saved Paths, revoke shared links, decline microphone access and sign out. Contact us to request account deletion, access, correction, export or other rights available under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before responding and may retain records where legally necessary. You may have rights to object, restrict processing, withdraw consent or complain to a data-protection authority. These rights depend on your location and the applicable law.

Children and updates

The beta is not intended to collect information from children under 13. Parents or guardians should supervise minors and avoid submitting a child’s personal or sensitive details. If you believe a child’s information was submitted without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where required. We will update this policy as the service and its practices change and identify the effective date.
